Name and contact data

We collect first and last name, organisation name, email address, postal address, phone numbers.

Payment data

We collect data necessary to process your payment if you make purchases, such as bank details, debit/credit card details and security codes associated with your payment.  This information is taken directly from you, via phone, face-to-face interaction, or via our website enquiry form and is stored on our secure encrypted systems until payment has cleared. For one-off transactions the data will be securely deleted as soon as processing is complete.

We use affiliate marketing cookies which tell the companies that we deal with that you have come from our website, these cookies stay on visitors computers usually between 30 and 90 days therefore if you make a purchase from one of our partners websites we get a small commission which pays for the running of the website.  Without these cookies none of the sites would function properly and it would be a very frustrating experience for the user particularly as some of the cookies are used to auto-fill your details which you use on a daily basis.

Any hard copy detailing personal data is filed and locked securely in an office with restricted access and securely shredded when appropriate. We store this data only as long as it necessary. For example, data required for HMRC purposes is retained for 7 years. Other personal data is removed from account information after 24 months of inactive use.
